We were thrilled to be part of the HR NXT Conclave 2024, hosted by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Coimbatore, with the theme “Future Ready HR: Navigating Growth and Transformation.”
The event kicked off with a warm welcome address by Dr.Senthil Ganesh Kuppuswamy, Chairman of CII Coimbatore & and CEO of Transform Tech (I) Pvt Ltd.
Throughout the day, we engaged in insightful sessions led by HR leaders and industry experts on topics like Ambidextrous Leadership, Futureproofing, Performance Enablement Process, Impact of AI in HR, and Cultural Challenges in HR.
The sessions were thoughtfully curated, providing us with valuable takeaways and actionable insights to implement in our workplace. Additionally, the opportunity for networking with HR and institution leaders was invaluable.
