Mike Cheetham from Hotpack Global elaborated on their Managing Director’s objective of implementing a unified dashboard to oversee the entire operations.
In Mike’s own words “The dream of our MD is to sit in his office, to have a single computer with a touchscreen, and be able to drill down into all our 20 factories, into every machine, into every operator, every downtime. Why is it down? Is it machine changeover? Is it a fault? Is it something that could have been prevented? This was our dream.”
This exemplifies setting the ideal digital objective. It demonstrates how a clear, visionary goal can inspire strategic planning and drive transformative change within an organization.
That’s a dream we dream for all our clients and strive hard to fulfil them.
Mike mentioned his positive experience working with Maxbyte, and we are immensely grateful for the opportunity they provided us, as well as for his kind words.
Dr. Cheetham’s talk provided a compelling blueprint for the companies aiming to navigate the path to Industry 4.0, highlighting strategic planning, technology adoption, and workforce upskilling as essential success factors.
