The collaborative real-time maintenance solution addresses the challenges of a leading defence manufacturer by analyzing real-time data for monitoring OLE&OEE, ensuring top-floor to shop-floor visibility, and overcoming the lack of a direct communication interface. We achieve this by connecting machines and devices to capture data at regular intervals from machine interfaces such as PLCs. Additionally, Ethernet or serial connections and Kepware read data by configuring PLC tag addresses for various parameters. Consequently, we provide real-time monitoring, streamlined shop floor connectivity, and improved shop floor visibility.
